Refund policy

Exchanges, credits, and refunds are accepted within 60 days of receiving the item. To qualify, items must be in their original, unused condition, showing no signs of wear or use, and returned within the specified 60-day period. The return package must include the original packaging and a proof of purchase.

For initiating a return, kindly reach out to info@woolslife.com immediately, providing a reason for the return. Once contacted, we will furnish you with the necessary shipping details.

In cases of a valid exchange, refund, or credit, the customer is responsible for covering all associated shipping costs, including a secure tracking number and insurance to ensure the safe return of the item. Please take precautions when packaging your items, adding extra padding, and including secure tracking information and insurance for your protection. If, for any reason, an item is received damaged, promptly email our Customer Service with a clear description and accompanying photograph.

IMPORTANT: To process an exchange, credit, or refund, the item must follow the outlined procedure, ensuring we are aware of its return alongside our other incoming shipments. Please note that Wool's Life cannot accept items returned without prior notification or the requested documents. Such items will be promptly returned to the sender.
